Provider Reimbursement Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetworX Provider Reimbursement and Content Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines direction and improvement actions for provider reimbursement applications
• Leads and mentors a team of Reimbursement Analysts while ensuring quality processes are in place
• Communicates and coordinates with various stakeholders to drive process alignment across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in NetworX and 5 years in Optum PPS
• 5 years of experience interpreting complex contract language related to provider reimbursement
• 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 3 years of extensive knowledge in claims processing/billing
