Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Advocate to support the New Jersey Medicaid Phase 2 implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct provider outreach for recruitment purposes
• Educate providers on billing processes and requirements
• Maintain detailed outreach trackers to support state reporting and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
• Prior exposure to New Jersey Medicaid programs
• Knowledge of behavioral health services
• Experience conducting provider outreach and education
• Experience engaging providers on contractual and/or billing topics
