Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

To support provider relationships in a dynamic environment, the remote Provider Relations Advocate will manage end-to-end provider claims, enhance the usability of physician portals, and contribute to the development of positive relationships between health plans and providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance quality relationships with providers
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that nurture positive relationships between health plans and providers
• Support the development and management of provider networks through education programs

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and MS Office applications
