Provider Relations Advocate

Job Summary

To support a growing provider network, the full-time Provider Relations Advocate will manage provider claims, enhance relationships with healthcare providers, and contribute to the development of education programs while working remotely for candidates residing within 50 miles of Kansas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance quality relationships with providers
• Support the development and management of provider networks through training and education programs
• Identify gaps in network composition to assist contracting and development teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and MS Office applications
