Provider Relations Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the implementation of credentialing procedures, the full-time Provider Relations Associate Analyst will deliver basic technical and administrative tasks while communicating with network providers regarding contractual inquiries and credentialing status in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of credentialing and re-credentialing procedures for network providers
• Maintain the provider profiling system and communicate with providers by phone regarding their inquiries
• Perform assigned duties under direct instruction and close supervision

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish rapport
• Computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
