Job Summary
Supporting the coordination of healthcare provider communications, the full-time Provider Relations Assistant will manage provider schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update provider schedules, including audits, changes, and cancellations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers via phone and email, resolving inquiries promptly
- Accurately record provider hours in internal systems and assist with administrative support tasks
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Preferred experience in scheduling or provider relations
