Provider Relations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing network of massage therapists and wellness providers, the remote Provider Relations Associate will communicate with prospective providers, guide them through onboarding and credentialing, and ensure a positive experience for active therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective therapists and providers via phone, text, and email
• Guide providers through the application, onboarding, and credentialing process
• Conduct provider outreach and follow-up with applicants and active providers

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, or provider relations
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
