Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Coordinator to serve as a liaison between the organization and its network of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries related to credentialing, onboarding, reimbursement, and compliance
- Maintain and update provider records in internal databases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate provider education on policies, systems, and processes, and assist with reporting and audits for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in legal administration, office management, or healthcare operations
- Demonstrated experience in HR, payroll, and vendor relations
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with internal systems or databases is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting
