Job Summary

To support a dynamic Pre-Audit Team, the remote Provider Relations Coordinator will manage inbound provider calls, resolve inquiries, and assist with portal navigation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls and log details to resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails, voicemails, and chat inquiries within established service levels
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management and communicate workflow or system issues to leadership
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
