Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Provider Relations Coordinator will manage inbound provider calls, assist with portal navigation, and ensure effective resolution of inquiries while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
  • Communicate workflow or system issues to leadership and escalate unresolved matters as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
