Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Provider Relations Coordinator will manage inbound provider calls, assist with portal navigation, and ensure effective resolution of inquiries while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
- Communicate workflow or system issues to leadership and escalate unresolved matters as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
