Job Summary

As a remote Provider Relations Coordinator, the individual will handle inbound provider calls, manage email communications, and assist providers with inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls, logging details and resolving issues efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
  • Make outbound calls to assist providers with portal navigation and verify contact details
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
