Job Summary
As a remote Provider Relations Coordinator, the individual will handle inbound provider calls, manage email communications, and assist providers with inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound provider calls, logging details and resolving issues efficiently
- Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
- Make outbound calls to assist providers with portal navigation and verify contact details
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
