Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Provider Relations Coordinator will serve as a trusted liaison for providers, managing inbound inquiries, assisting with portal navigation, and ensuring effective communication to enhance provider experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
  • Make outbound calls to assist providers and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
