Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Provider Relations Coordinator will serve as a trusted liaison for providers, managing inbound inquiries, assisting with portal navigation, and ensuring effective communication to enhance provider experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound provider calls, log details, and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor and respond to internal and external emails and voicemails within established service levels
- Make outbound calls to assist providers and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or high-volume call center experience required
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various software programs
