Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Provider Relations & Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the Connection Dental Network Provider Relations and Data Management teams
• Oversee provider contract administration, data management, and network content management
• Participate in strategic planning and recommend network strategies to enhance provider experience and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in the dental industry with 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and develop provider network strategies
• Experience in developing high-performing teams and leading them through change
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
