Provider Relations Operations Associate

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end audit lifecycle, the full-time remote Provider Relations Operations Associate will oversee document requests, follow-ups, and final findings delivery while ensuring timely and professional communication with providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the audit lifecycle by tracking and managing cases from initial document request to final audit finding
• Send and follow up on documentation requests, coordinating with providers to obtain required medical records
• Manage the provider inbox by monitoring communications, triaging requests, and responding to inquiries promptly

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or audit support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with strong skills in data tracking and reporting
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with claims auditing, medical record procurement, or health plan operations is a plus
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with exceptional attention to detail in documentation and communication
