Key Responsibilities

• Initiates phone calls to customers to confirm receipt of mailings and request action
• Provides timely responses and resolutions for all provider-initiated inquiries
• Reviews and analyzes documentation and claim data to determine validity and proper action

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in claims processing or customer service related to claims
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Primarily sedentary work remotely with a secure work area and high-speed internet access
