A company is looking for a Provider Relations Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider relationships post-contracting and credentialing, delivering outreach and education
• Handle routine to moderate complexity provider issues, including escalated claims and record discrepancies
• Collect feedback from providers and suggest improvements for the overall provider experience program

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or provider relations
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience resolving escalated customer issues
• Knowledge of healthcare provider environments is a plus
