Provider Relations Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates phone calls to confirm receipt of mailings and request action from customers
• Provides timely responses and resolutions for all provider-initiated inquiries
• Reviews and analyzes documentation and claim data to determine validity and proper action

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a claims customer service environment or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Ability to organize well and work in a primarily sedentary remote position
