Job Summary

Provider Relations Representative responds to practitioner inquiries regarding credentialing and contracting in a remote, full-time role, ensuring effective resolution and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inquiries related to credentialing and re-credentialing
• Perform credentialing activities and administrative tasks to support practitioner inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of practitioner records and attend meetings to enhance teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in specialty health care or credentialing preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• General understanding of Provider Relations Guidelines
