Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to manage credentialing processes for pharmacy networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing review process for pharmacies and maintain relevant credentialing information
• Review and manage exclusion lists to identify and refer excluded pharmacies for removal
• Develop and maintain a credentialing database and manage reporting requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy credentialing, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and track projects effectively
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with stakeholders
