Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for providers regarding inquiries and negotiations
• Facilitate and manage key provider and vendor relationships through regular reviews and stewardship
• Support the execution and tracking of agreements and maintain accurate contract records

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in provider relations and contract development
• Familiarity with reference-based pricing models and facility contracting concepts
• Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and medical coding practices
• Some Commercial healthcare experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
