Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to support provider network strategy and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for providers regarding inquiries and contract negotiations
• Facilitate and manage relationships with providers and vendors through regular reviews and stewardship
• Support the execution of agreements and maintain accurate records related to provider contracts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in provider relations and contract development
• Familiarity with reference-based pricing models and facility contracting concepts
• Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and medical coding
• Some commercial healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
