Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations and Contracting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Client Business Manager team, including managing case assignments and engaging in collaborative meetings
• Coordinate and attend UM/PHM Committee Meetings, preparing materials and handling reporting tasks
• Assist with training, workflow updates, and communication with IPA Administrators and Client Business Managers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations, contracting, or client support in healthcare
• Solid understanding of provider contracting, credentialing, and healthcare operations
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort with various healthcare platforms
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
