Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Specialist to develop relationships with healthcare providers and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with providers and strategic partners to enhance understanding of company initiatives
• Research and resolve complex issues, coordinating with internal and external partners as necessary
• Negotiate provider contracts and analyze practice structures to support business needs and client requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with healthcare providers
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership in conflict resolution and escalated issue management
• Experience working directly with providers on policies and procedures to resolve complex issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
