Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end provider enrollment applications, the full-time Provider Relations Specialist will maintain detailed logs of work, communicate application statuses, and perform extensive phone and internet tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and manage provider enrollment applications and maintain documentation within the enrollment database
• Communicate results and statuses of applications to physicians, payers, and internal teams
• Research and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment and coordinate necessary signatures

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical billing and/or healthcare provider relations
• Prior enrollment or credentialing experience is preferred
• College degree or degree in process preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining a professional demeanor
