Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to pharmacies and ensure accurate information delivery
Manage extension requests for claims processing and triage inquiries
Identify and implement department-level process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
1 year of experience in call center, customer service, operations, or pharmacy-related roles
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Experience with claims processing systems is preferred
Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent experience is a plus
