Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and escalations within the assigned region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Strong understanding of escalation workflows and claim resolution processes
• Experience managing global offshore teams in a shared service model
• Proficient in Excel and other workflow management tools
