Provider Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To support provider engagement and growth, the full-time remote Provider Relationship Manager will develop and maintain relationships with providers, educate them on company initiatives, and manage provider data integrity across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate productive relationships with providers and strategic partners to enhance practice growth
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of provider data while resolving complex issues and escalations
• Act as a communication focal point for critical outreach and support initiatives, including disaster relief efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or customer/client services
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership in conflict resolution and handling escalated issues
• Experience working directly with providers on policies and procedures
• Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments and maintain professional communication
