Provider Research Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Research Associate will manage the accurate transfer of provider data into various systems, ensuring claims processing and directory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Administers, updates, and maintains complex and specialty provider accounts and files
• Communicates with providers regarding inquiries, invoices, payments, and operational issues
• Ensures accurate and timely loading of provider information into data applications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a support function or customer service, military experience, or relevant coursework
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
