Job Summary
Driving revenue targets for provider-facing programs, the full-time remote Provider Sales Operations Manager will oversee sales performance, enhance provider relationships, and implement operational strategies to optimize provider engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee execution plans across Provider Programs to meet sales and service targets while driving provider enrollment growth
- Lead and develop the sales and operations team to achieve revenue and enrollment goals, refining sales strategies and managing commission programs
- Manage the BPO vendor relationship for Provider Care, ensuring adherence to service standards and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a management role
- Demonstrated ability to manage metrics-driven sales and service operations
- Experience overseeing BPO or outsourced contact center relationships
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead virtual teams effectively
