Job Summary

To ensure optimal staffing for healthcare facilities, the full-time Provider Scheduler will work from home, managing shift assignments, building monthly schedules, and coordinating with clinic managers to fill vacancies based on patient volume and staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and revise monthly schedules according to staffing budgets and patient volume trends
• Contact part-time and PRN staff for availability and fill vacant shifts as needed
• Run reports to ensure compliance with staffing classifications and address any staffing concerns promptly

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Healthcare experience in an office or clinical setting
• Provider scheduling experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
