Provider Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure adequate staffing across clinics, the full-time remote Provider Scheduler will build and revise monthly schedules, manage staffing reports, and coordinate with managers to fill vacant shifts while residing in the CST or EST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update monthly schedules based on staffing budgets and volume trends
• Run staffing reports to ensure compliance with employee classifications and hours worked
• Communicate with clinic managers regarding staffing needs and new staff scheduling

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Healthcare experience in an office or clinical setting
• Prior experience in provider scheduling is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in either the CST or EST time zone
