A company is looking for a Provider Schedule Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal provider schedules, including calendar changes and coverage adjustments
• Monitor schedules for gaps and ensure compliance with clinical demand and SLAs
• Coordinate with providers and clinical leadership regarding scheduling logistics and coverage

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling for multiple clinicians or in healthcare operations
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms and EHR systems
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for schedule analysis
• Experience in a telehealth startup is preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume calendar requests effectively
