Provider Scheduling Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Scheduling (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scheduling team to generate and maintain physician and APP schedules across various care sites
• Identify and implement scheduling enhancements to improve clinical quality and reduce costs
• Supervise staff, manage performance, and handle escalated physician outreach for capacity needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in physician scheduling or workforce management
• Prior management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, 100% remote organization
