Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative who will assist healthcare providers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from providers to identify their needs and provide assistance
• Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to provider inquiries
• Resolve issues in real-time or through follow-up communication, ensuring clarity and understanding

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
