Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

Maintaining and following up on assigned provider accounts, the full-time remote Provider Service Representative will initiate and receive calls to discuss overpayment balances, update account statuses, and manage inquiries in the CollectOne system.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and receive calls to/from healthcare providers regarding overpayment balances
• Update account statuses and manage inquiries in the CollectOne system
• Prepare and send overpayment notifications and invoices via various communication methods

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• Prior experience in medical billing, insurance, or collections is a plus
• Basic understanding of healthcare and insurance overpayments preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
• Attention to detail and proficiency in note-taking and database entry
