Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Service Representative will resolve provider claims-related inquiries and benefit-related questions while participating in a structured training program to develop industry knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to telephone and written inquiries from providers regarding claims processing and corporate policies
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and a positive representation of the Provider Services team
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance service delivery and career growth

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in fast-paced, unscripted service environments preferred
