Provider Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and analyze the provider engagement funnel, establishing measurement techniques and KPIs
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Python, and other tools to mine operational data and monitor performance
• Diagnose data quality gaps and present improvement recommendations to Operations leadership quarterly

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or claims analyst role
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, and Python
• Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Experience querying data warehouses, preferably Snowflake or Databricks
• Bachelor's degree; experience in healthcare or related sector is a bonus
