Provider Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Analyst I (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims to determine the validity of recovery options and document actions taken
• Draft detailed correspondence to facilitate reimbursement and contact relevant parties
• Maintain quality service by adhering to corporate customer service practices and protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience in reviewing and processing clinical/technical post-service denials preferred
• Knowledge of UB04s, Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC), and Reason Adjustment Reason Codes (RARC) preferred
• Experience navigating EMRs and patient financial systems
• Possession of a High School Diploma with some college education
• Experience within the healthcare market, especially in revenue cycle environments
