Provider Services Associate I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Associate I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for new and existing authorizations, documenting information accurately and providing high-quality customer service
• Research and communicate information regarding member eligibility, provider status, and authorization inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns as the first line of contact and make problem resolution and triage decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Prior Customer Service experience
• Proficient typist (at least 30 WPM) with the ability to navigate through various computer platforms/screens
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized
• HSD or equivalent required
• High-speed internet over 10 Mbps and the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router
