Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process authorizations and customer service requests while maintaining confidentiality
  • Resolve customer complaints and communicate eligibility and authorization inquiries
  • Support team activities and participate in improving service operations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
  • Demonstrated ability in using computer and Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime as needed
