• Conduct onboarding success meetings and provide continuous educational support

• 2 years of experience in healthcare operations in the payer or provider setting
• Organized and detail-oriented executor
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic work environment
• Passionate about operations, healthcare innovation, and telemedicine
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST
