Provider Services Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Provider Services Representative will manage provider data, maintain network standards, and handle incoming requests to ensure seamless communication and customer service for network providers.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage provider data and maintain provider databases
• Maintain network standards for recruitment and provider satisfaction
• Manage all incoming requests to the network recruitment mailbox

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4+ years of experience within the health care industry
• 2+ years of data entry experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office products
