Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Provider Services Representative will respond to provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and plan coverage while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on issues.
Key responsibilities
- Answer verbal, written, and electronic inquiries about the Martin's Point USFHP and Medicare programs with accurate information
- Provide training to callers on policies, procedures, and self-service options as needed
- Document inquiries thoroughly and collaborate with other departments to resolve provider issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with preference for medical billing experience
- Strong computer skills, including quick data entry and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of and alignment with organizational values
