Provider Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Provider Services Representative will respond to provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and plan coverage while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer verbal, written, and electronic inquiries about the Martin's Point USFHP and Medicare programs with accurate information
• Provide training to callers on policies, procedures, and self-service options as needed
• Document inquiries thoroughly and collaborate with other departments to resolve provider issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience, with preference for medical billing experience
• Strong computer skills, including quick data entry and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of and alignment with organizational values
