Provider Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls from facility and professional providers regarding plan documents, benefits, and claims
• Perform triaging of emails and voicemails
• Enter data into the system and communicate with colleagues and other departments as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience within a customer support role; Health Insurance experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
