Provider Servicing Representative

Job Summary

To enhance customer and partner experiences, the full-time remote Provider Servicing Representative will manage a dynamic portfolio of cases, assess complex situations, and drive performance results through effective negotiation and collaboration with law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize positive customer outcomes while achieving financial performance targets
• Promote high rates of customer and partner satisfaction, ensuring significant value from engagements
• Deliver targeted performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in an office or contact center environment
• Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services, preferably in personal injury
• Ability to integrate technology and data-driven decision-making into negotiation processes
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to build relationships and exceed goals
