Provider Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare network, the full-time remote Provider Sourcing Specialist will lead provider sourcing activities, screen and refer qualified candidates, and build relationships with hospital recruiters to fill openings efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead provider sourcing activities for designated specialties, ensuring efficient filling of openings with high-quality candidates
• Source, screen, and refer qualified providers through CV reviews, database searches, and in-depth phone interviews
• Develop recruitment strategies and targeted outreach campaigns while maintaining the applicant tracking system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates through multiple platforms and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing tools
