Provider Strategy Coordinator

Job Summary

To support strategic goals across departments, the full-time Provider Strategy Coordinator will implement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and interface with management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research and oversee the development and implementation of special projects to meet management and accreditation needs
• Ensure network compliance by identifying and correcting deficiencies related to compliance and consistency
• Develop and drive action plans to improve CAHPS and HEDIS scores while coordinating physician communications and educational materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, marketing, communications, or comparable experience
• 3-5 years of experience in provider relations
• Solid understanding of managed care principles and knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Preferred knowledge of provider contracting and state and federal healthcare regulations
• Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred
