Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate successful onboarding and training for providers, ensuring they can accept new client matches
  • Monitor provider progress and support their growth to maintain low churn rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the provider experience and address any roadblocks
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a SaaS Sales and Account Management support role
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and take initiative
  • Proficiency in using the Google suite
