- Facilitate successful onboarding and training for providers, ensuring they can accept new client matches
- Monitor provider progress and support their growth to maintain low churn rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the provider experience and address any roadblocks
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a SaaS Sales and Account Management support role
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with employee onboarding processes
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and take initiative
- Proficiency in using the Google suite
