Job Summary
Focusing on relationship maintenance and practice growth, the full-time remote Provider Success Associate will engage with providers to ensure their satisfaction and success on the platform, proactively addressing their needs and promoting feature adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to providers, maintaining consistent contact and logging interactions in HubSpot
- Run monthly availability reviews to identify trends in provider engagement and support their growth
- Lead feature-enablement sessions and educate providers on available resources to enhance their practice
Required qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Notion
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing provider relationships
- Interest in healthcare or mental health, with a focus on customer success
- Strong communication skills for building trust with providers during check-ins
- Curiosity and coachability, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
