Provider Success Associate

Job Summary

Driving solutions to operational challenges, the remote Associate, Provider Success will manage provider escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Leads problem definition, error remediation, and root cause solution development
• Utilizes data to inform business decisions and impact cross-functional strategy
• Develops trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and associated procedures
• Experience managing complex business challenges and communicating effectively with diverse audiences
